I need to thank you for producing such an amazing product! Before, I had migraines nearly every day. I was 90 Pounds overweight, I had bags under my eyes, I felt SO tired daily and I had such a hard time sleeping! I woke up tired, I woke up with pain. I just felt TOXIC. I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to go to the doctors and I didn't want medication. My cousin told me about this product and I decided to try it. I am so happy I did... If I had not done this program there is no telling how I would have felt. I was not getting better, I would have been so much worse! Dr. Jimmy - I had been going back and forth for a while, wondering if Total Shake was for me. I hit the scale about 2 months ago and I had it. I was 30 pounds overweight and was my highest weight ever. I researched natural healthy weight loss and Total Shake caught my attention. I read the other reviews and realized I had to try this. So, here's what I did. I bought a bikini that I was determined to fit into. I stocked up on Total Shake enough for 2 months, I put a picture of myself on the fridge and said "Here I go". Not more than a week later did I look in the mirror and realize that I had to have dropped at least 5 pounds. I weighed myself, I dropped 11 pounds! It's been 3 months since I started the program. I''ve done the program and it has increased my energy, help me to lose 14 pounds in 21 days and improved my skin and hair as well.

I am a 47 year old man, who was very skeptical about health products and the claims they make. I tried Total Shake because I had an on-going back & joint problem, along with insomnia and a weight issue. I am glad I did.
