Q: What are the ten most common symptoms associated with a metabolism problem?

A: It never ceases to amaze me how many body problems stem directly from an insufficient metabolism:

  1. Overweight
  2. Fatigue or Sudden Drops of energy.

People that are eating these types of substitutes may think they are doing right but really they are filling their bodies with poisons that are hidden behind a nice vitamin label. So, be aware and read the labels because you will often find that one of more of the first few ingredients is a metabolism killer.
